As per new research, Kids Experience in the formative years is a major predictor for the learning Intensity and future health of the child. Each experience of the child can build a positive and negative impact on the child. The current tool helps the parents and teachers to assess the kid’s exposure to such experience. The tool has 3 components i.e “POSITIVE EXPERIENCE THERMOMETER”, “NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE THERMOMETER” and “RESIDUAL EXPERIENCE THEMOMETER”. Under each, there will be a set of situations, and the parents would answer each of the situations either “YES” or “NO” based on the child’s exposure during the last SIX Months.

1. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member shouting/scolding loudly to your kid?
2. Do you have any incident where any one of your family member beating or slapping or pushing with anger to your kid?
3. Do you have any incident where your kid’s request or complain is neglected multiple times?
4. Do you have any incident where any one of your family member touched inappropriately to your kid, which may amount to sexual abuse?
5. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member shouting/scolding loudly to other family member in the presence of your kid?
6. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member has punished to your kid for a mistake?
7. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member has created a scene of abusing and shouting under the influence of alcohol or drug in the presence of your kid?
8. Do you have an incident where parents/ grandparents/ other relative couples to the kid have gone through a divorce process?
9. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member is convicted for any crime or any incident where police has taken some of the family member into custody?
10. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member has shouted/ scolded/ beaten to the mother of the kid?
11. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member passed away?
12. Do you have an incident where any one of your family member is suffering critically from any disease?
